Go on, have a feast on Beeston

We’ve written before about Beeston Leeds but bear with us.

Beeston is on a steady upward property trajectory year-on-year.

Don’t believe us – here’s what Rightmove says:

Last year most property sales in Beeston involved terraced properties which sold for on average £85,144. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £123,824, while detached properties fetched £163,615.

Beeston has an overall average price of £100,002.

During the last year, sold prices in Beeston were 5% up on the previous year.

It’s an area we know well at Hogan’s as we often sell and let property there quickly – in a matter of hours and days.

Let’s look behind the average figures though at actual properties that have sold in Beeston.

In just 11 months, this Beeston 2 bedroomed home saw an increase of £32,000 or, in percentage terms, 39% in under a year.

Now we don’t claim this is typical of this south Leeds suburb – in fact it stands out amongst property sales there, but what we are saying is that your Beeston home or investment property may be worth more than you expect.
