    Yes, housing benefit tenants are welcomed for our properties. You can find out how much housing benefit you are likely to receive by checking with Leeds City Council.
  • Do you charge me a fee?
  • Do I need a bond?
    Generally a bond is required on all properties and this is dependent on the landlord and the type of property. This is not held by Hogan’s and will be protected using the Deposit Protection Service.

  • Will I need a Home Information Pack (HIP)?
    You no longer need a HIP to sell your property but you do need an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). We can arrange this for you for £75.
  • Where will you advertise my property?
    Your property will be displayed immediately in branch and on the following internet sites – Rightmove.co.uk; Zoopla.co.uk; Primelocation.co.uk; Gumtree.co.uk; and on our own website, as well as social media pages. We will also display an eye-catching for-sale board at the property.
